This course will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to assess and determine the value of land alone or land with improvements so you may calculate statutory charges that may be applicable. You will learn to produce industry standard valuation reports to justify the underlying conclusions. You will learn how to undertake historical or retrospective analysis for the purpose of determining value for statutory purposes.
